Product Introduction
These noodles are made with a #15 round blade and straight-type Chinese noodles. They are vibrantly colored and allow you to enjoy the delicious flavor of wheat.
Two types of processed starch (tapioca and potato) are added to the wheat flour to recreate the texture of fresh noodles.
The noodles come with a concentrated sesame sauce. This time, we've added rice miso and yeast extract to further enhance the mellowness and richness of the sesame compared to previous versions.
We've also increased the amount of bonito extract, enhancing the flavor and richness of the stock. Ground sesame seeds are included as a garnish.

Directions
1. Place one bundle of noodles (100g) in approximately 1L of boiling water, loosening them slightly while boiling for approximately 6 minutes. 2. Once boiled, quickly rinse with water, cool in ice water, and drain. 3. Place the noodles in a colander and garnish with chopped seaweed, green onions, etc., as desired.
