This non-toxic, odorless, low-viscosity molding silicone is safe for beginners.
★It is possible to replicate food, chocolate, clear resin, resin, candles, soap, etc.
★Its low viscosity makes it easy for general customers to make, and the completed silicone mold can withstand temperatures up to 200°C.
★How to use HTV-4000: Mix the liquid types A and B thoroughly with a spatula (for about 2 minutes), then pour into the mold containing the original. After 8 hours (23°C), it will become a female silicone rubber mold. Wash it with a neutral detergent, then apply butter to the mold and pour in chocolate.

HTV-4000 is a milky-white, translucent silicone with a hardness of 32, a 260% elongation rate, and a low viscosity of 7500 cps. It hardens to a standard hardness after curing. It can be used for single-sided and double-sided molding. It can also be used for food molds, candle molds, soap molds, and molded silicone. Its standard curing time is 8 hours (at 23°C). Most modeling silicones are condensation silicones intended for industrial use (modeling). Most contain harmful ingredients (tin compounds) in the hardener, making them unsuitable for food molds, candle molds, soap molds, or for use in close contact with skin. However, the HTV series is a harmless, odorless silicone suitable for food molding. Its low viscosity allows for easy individual molding. Required items: Model, kitchen scale (in 1g increments), spatula, clear cup (paper cup), etc. Flower clay is used to mold double-sided food-grade silicone and to hold the model in place. ※Butter or Vaseline can be used as a release agent for silicone to silicone double-sided molds. ★★★When using the double-sided mold removal method, apply a thin layer of salad oil to the flower clay with a brush to remove it cleanly from the silicone after it hardens.
(If you use too much, the applied area will not harden. If you apply too much, the flower clay will easily peel off from the hardened silicone.) Never apply salad oil to other prototypes (resin, transparent resin, or other clay). Please test a small amount before use. *Instructions included *Contents 1KG (500g x 2) set
