Hasegawa 1/72 Scale German Air Force Ta154A-1 & Fw190A-8 Mistel Plastic Model Kit 02193

This replica of the "Purgzelstärer (Formation Buster)" was based on the German Mistel (parent and child) project, some of which saw combat in the final stages of the war. The parent aircraft was the Fw 190A-8 and the child aircraft was the Ta 154A-1.

This aircraft was said to be able to guide the child aircraft into a formation of American heavy bombers and detonate them, destroying targets within a 180m radius.
