This is a complete electric radio-controlled car of the MOTUL AUTECH GTR, which won the SUPER GT GT500 class championship for the second consecutive year, following its victory in 2014. The polycarbonate body captures the distinctive features of the 2015 model, such as the hood with air ducts and louvers, the front and rear fenders, and the complex shapes of the body sides, creating a powerful impact.
Small door mirrors, a hanging rear wing, and aerodynamic parts attached to the rear bumper tighten the form. The body is painted in gunmetal and red, and numerous sponsor stickers are pre-applied. The chassis is the controllable shaft-driven 4WD TT-02.
The TT-02 chassis features a well-balanced design with the driving battery on the left and the motor mounted longitudinally on the right, providing excellent handling and stability. The suspension is a four-wheel independent double wishbone setup. The front and rear sealed gearboxes are equipped with resin 4-pinion differential gears that generate smooth differential movement.
The wheel hubs are designed to resemble brake discs, and the front bumper support is modeled after the bumper of a real racing kart, adding plenty of playful touches. By rearranging parts, you can choose from two wheelbase, vehicle height, and tread settings, and the motor mount allows for a wide range of 10 gear ratios.
In addition to the completed chassis, the set also includes a wheel trigger-type transmitter that's ideal for controlling the car, a 7.2V battery for running, and a charger. The RC mechanism uses a 2.4GHz radio control set that eliminates the need for band adjustments such as crystal replacement, making it easy to share with multiple units.
