Product Introduction

RAI'S 1/43 scale die-cast miniature car. It's no exaggeration to say that when most people think of police cars, the Crown comes to mind. This die-cast model is based on the original 150-series Crown. While Crowns have long been used as patrol cars, many of the now-standard features date back to this model. Features include V-shaped patrol lights, an elevator that allows the lights to be moved up and down, and an automatic transmission for patrol transmissions. Door mirrors were also adopted for undercover vehicles, and even for black-and-white Crowns, door mirrors became standard. The undercover vehicle depicted in this model is a vehicle deployed to the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Mobile Unit. It features reversible red lights and a front red light hidden in the grille.
