Product Introduction

The reissued full-hull Nagato now comes with etched parts! We've reissued the "Imperial Navy Series," a previously standard product with a ship's bottom.

The product features a full hull that reproduces the ship's bottom, and includes a display stand for enjoyment after completion. The lower hull is constructed from a single molded part, with the propeller and rudder made of separate parts. The instruction manual has been updated for easier viewing and understanding. The product recreates the ship's appearance at the start of the Pacific War. Decals featuring the Japanese flag and national flags for aircraft carriers are included. The molded color of the aircraft carriers has been changed from clear to gray for ease of use. The 25mm twin machine guns include both the traditional one-piece part and a more precise two-piece part. The 25mm machine guns are constructed of two pieces, making it easy to paint the gunmetal barrel and the ship's hull color base separately. The included etched parts allow for precise reproduction of even the most difficult details to recreate with injection parts. Etching parts include handrails, ladders, compass, ladders, cranes, boat davits, gangways, and watertight doors.

This product is made in Japan. This is a plastic model kit that requires assembly.
