The bezel and the inset dial at 10 o'clock also feature sharp, angular shapes reminiscent of a knife, an outdoor tool. The second hand features an orange gradient that evokes a flickering flame. The dial features a textured design reminiscent of the cast iron surface of a Dutch oven. The PRW-6900YL's leather band is made of flame-retardant material that prevents fires from spreading even if sparks are caught on it, perfectly fitting the outdoor style theme. The PRW-6900Y's band is made of environmentally friendly soft urethane made from biomass plastic. Both the PRW-6900Y and 6900YL's case and resin case back are also made from biomass plastic.
