This walking light offers more than five times the continuous light time of rechargeable models. It can be used for approximately 100 hours of continuous light, 150 hours of fast flashing light, and 200 hours of slow flashing light. With one hour of use per day, you can get 200 hours of use. You only need to change the battery once a year (when using slow flashing). This means you can concentrate on your run without the light going out while you're running, unlike rechargeable models.
The reflector comes with a stainless steel ring, so it can be easily attached with one hand. Its 12cm stretch allows for a secure fit and won't slip off even while running. Its widest attachment range on the market is 15cm to 45cm, so it fits perfectly to any arm.
