The F-15E Strike Eagle is a U.S. Air Force fighter-bomber that combines superior air superiority and ground attack capabilities. Developed based on the two-seat F-15 Eagle air superiority fighter, the F-15E features a powerful P&W F-100-PW-229 engine, achieving a top speed of Mach 2.5. It features side-mounted conformal fuel tanks and reinforced components. It also features cutting-edge electronics, including a lantern system for all-weather navigation and attack. It also boasts an impressive weapons load capacity of approximately 11 tons, including the GBU-28 Bunker Buster guided bomb, which is effective in attacking underground bunkers. Its deployment began in December 1989, and two squadrons of 48 aircraft deployed in the 1991 Gulf War, demonstrating its superior capabilities as a fighter-bomber.
