During World War II, the German Tiger I heavy tank was feared by Allied forces for its powerful offensive power and heavy armor. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the late-production version, which began production in January 1944 and demonstrated its effectiveness in the Battle of Normandy and other battles. This model faithfully recreates not only the Tiger's distinctive style, such as its vertically configured hull and turret equipped with an 88mm gun, but also the late-production features, such as the additional periscope on the command tower and pressed steel road wheels.
