This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Swordfish Mk.II, which continued to fly convoy escorts during the latter half of World War II. 1/48 scale, length 230.5mm, width 289mm. It accurately captures differences from the Mk.I, such as the larger oil cooler, flame-extinguishing exhaust pipe, and radar antenna. The fabric-covered fuselage surface realistically reproduces the texture of the raised ribs. The main wings can be assembled in a folded position. The cockpit interior is meticulously detailed, even down to the steel tube frame. The set also includes a wide range of accessories, including anti-ship rockets, a flare drop system, and additional fuel tanks. Includes three crew figures and three types of markings, including a white-based aircraft used for anti-submarine patrol missions.
