[The Group 4 Machine That Dominated the Races]
The Porsche Turbo RSR is a commercially available racing car developed for the international sports car races that began in 1976.
Based on the Porsche 930 Turbo, this Group 4 machine, also known as the 934 Racing, was produced in 31 units.
The two Porsche 934s of the Max Moritz Team, primarily sponsored by German liqueur maker Jägermeister, are notable for their vibrant orange coloring.
These cars performed well throughout the 1976 DRM (Deutsche Sportscar Championship), taking first and second places in the first round at Nürburgring, and also competed in the fourth round of the World Championship for Manufacturers, the Nürburgring 1000km Race.
Car No. 24 put up a strong fight against the Group 5 Porsche 935 factory machine, finishing third in its class.
Furthermore, its teammate, Car No. 25, achieved impressive results, finishing third overall and winning its class.
