This bio-based bottle is one of the projects launched by ELITE to make the manufacturing cycle of cycling products more sustainable. Bioplastic made from sugarcane is defined as biobased because it is derived from plants, not petroleum. The bio-based ethanol used in the bottle body is a suitable alternative to petroleum, ensuring the same durability as conventional plastics while producing products with a lower environmental impact. Producing bioplastic bottles is part of our challenge to make bottle production more sustainable. Our goal is to become completely carbon-neutral, meaning we not only reduce but also fully compensate for the CO2 emissions released into the atmosphere as a result of the oxygen supply caused by sugarcane cultivation. JET GREEN is not only more environmentally friendly than conventional bottles, but also practical for cycling. The cap features the same technology as the FLY bottle, allowing for quick and easy hydration while cycling. The squeezable bottle body and practical push-pull nozzle make it ideal for both racing and training.
