Usage tips
For oral use:
Take 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
Cosmetic use:
Very suitable for aromatic skin massage and ideal as a support for essential oils.
The oil can be used very well for the care of sensitive or dehydrated skin.
For massages:
Allow around 8 drops of oil maximum to perform the massages.
