Bach Bass Trombone Mouthpiece, Artisan (Arisan), 6 12A, Silver-Plated Finish (Large Bore)

The shape, sound, and response of the Artisan model are reminiscent of early Bach mouthpieces. Modeled after those from the 1940s and 1950s, it features a specially selected throat and backbore. It has the same rim and cup as the narrow-bore 6 1/2A, but the larger throat and backbore for bass trombone produce a rich, well-balanced, and powerful sound. ■ Diameter: 25.4mm ■ Cup depth: MD (slightly deep) ■ Rim thickness: MW (medium).
