PRODUCT INFORMATION
Pyrolytic ceramics is the latest generation of heat-reflecting coating. The new coating reflects up to seven times more heat radiation back into the combustion chamber compared to uncoated glass.
The most important features of the new coating:
Ceramic with a pyrolytic coating represents a breakthrough solution compared to a panel without any coating. First of all, it ensures the stability of the coating parameters throughout the life of the furnace, high efficiency of the combustion process and exceptional longevity of the coating.
The pyrolytic coating provides an unobstructed view of the flames. Due to the reflection of heat energy into the furnace, the combustion temperature rises. This contributes to the reduction of the occurrence of soot on the glass or to its complete elimination. In this way, we eliminate the troublesome cleaning of the glass and we enjoy an uninterrupted view of the fire for longer. It also means greater freedom in design, particularly for glass-walled fireplaces as well as larger panels.
Another important advantage of glass ceramics with a pyrolytic coating is its incomparable durability. The coating retained its high reflectivity of heat radiation after extensive testing. It retained functional stability even after constant exposure to temperatures of 650 ° C. Thanks to this, there are other advantages: higher temperatures in the combustion chamber mean less soot on the fireplace glass, which in turn makes it easier to clean.
The pyrolytic coating reflects a large part of the heat radiation to the combustion chamber, which significantly reduces the heat escaping from the fireplace. The effectiveness of the coating does not change over time. This contributes to a highly efficient combustion process with low emissions.
The edges of the glass forms are processed -
grinding with polishing. By grinding, we remove the unevenness and sharpness of the processed edges and give it a noble appearance. Polishing the sanded surfaces makes them shiny. We perform this activity as a standard when grinding edges.
Thickness
4mm
Installation:
the glass has a sticker on the side covered with a pyrolysis layer and it should be mounted with this side outside the stove / fireplace.
