Once daily - daily and after exposure to irritants
Twice daily - for mild to moderate nasal congestion and symptoms
Three to four times daily - for moderate to severe nasal congestion and symptoms
It is recommended to replace the irrigation container every three to six months.

Pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate.
Caution
Do not use tap water unless sterilized by boiling.
For safety, do not use tap water to dissolve the mixture. Boiling sterilizes water, so tap water can be used if it has been boiled for at least five minutes and cooled to lukewarm or body temperature. Distilled water, microfiltered water (filtered through a 0.2 micron filter), reverse osmosis-filtered water, or commercially available bottled water can be used.
Each device should be used by one person. Do not share a single device.
Clean the device after each use. Cleaning instructions are provided in the enclosed booklet.
Replace the device within three months of first use. Gently rinse your nose.

Store in a cool, dry place.
