How to Use: Shake well before use. Remove the cap and safety seal. Insert the adapter plug downwards with the smooth side facing upwards and twist until it closes tightly. The top of the plug should be flush with the bottle neck and cannot be removed. Push the syringe plunger all the way into the adapter. Turn the bottle over and pull the syringe to adjust the dose. Administer slowly into the mouth/cheek, up to 2 times in 24 hours. Can be taken with a small amount of water. Discard after 6 weeks of opening. Recommended serving size: 6 months to 3 years 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 4 years and older 2 teaspoons (10 ml)
