It was too small

Never again!!! Not recommended! Shoes are almost one size smaller, but the label shows the correct size and they are much too tight. The return process is too complicated, the customer has to pay for it themselves, photos as proof were repeatedly requested, even though I had written that the shoes simply don't fit. Finally, I agreed to receive 30% of the purchase price as a refund before continuing with this stress and still not knowing in the end whether the company would accept the return. At least, these 30% were refunded very quickly.
