Product Description: Gentle yet effective, this dual-layer lip & eye remover melts makeup residues quickly and easily, leaving the sensitive eye and lip areas moisturized without irritation. Formulated to be gentle on the skin, yet effectively removes all traces of lip and eye makeup.

Directions: Shake well before use. Apply to eye area and lips using a soft cotton pad or tissue.
