Product Description: A moisturizing toner that refines the skin and leaves it moisturized and glowing. Free of 4 additives (4 parabens**, tar dye, mineral oil, talc). **4 parabens: methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben. Containing rice extract, rice bran oil, and ceramide, this moisturizing toner provides intense moisture and a healthy glow to the skin.

How to use: Use after washing your face. Soak a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe the entire face.
