Directions for Use : Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor before use. Sun Protection Method : Use a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen regularly. Other sun protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear hats and sunglasses.
