How to use: Face: Apply 2-3 drops to wet face with hands. Massage into skin and rinse. Body: Apply a small amount of soap to wet washcloth or hands, lather onto wet skin and rinse. Hair: Apply a few drops for short hair, up to 1/2 tablespoon for long hair. Apply directly to wet hair or dilute in 1 cup of water. Lather and rinse. Hands: Pre-dilute Castile soap to water at a 1:10 ratio. Bath: Pour about 2 tablespoons of soap into an average-sized bathtub. (It will still cleanse even if it doesn’t lather.) Add more if desired. Foot Bath: Pour 1/2 tablespoon into a small bathtub of warm water. Soak your feet comfortably.
