Directions: Shake well before use. Put 10-15ml of GuruNada® Oil Pulling Mouth Rinse into your mouth. Gently rinse between teeth for 2 minutes or more. Exercise for up to 10 minutes. Spit and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using oil pulling. If spilled on fabric, wipe immediately to prevent staining. Ayurveda also recommends scraping your tongue as another health measure.
