How to Use
Use once daily for 30 minutes. For perfect results, use the entire kit. You can use up to two kits per year.
Peel: Peel the white strip from the protective liner.
Apply: While looking in a mirror, apply the gel side of the strip to the front of your teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gum line. Fold it over your teeth and press down to secure.
Smile: For easier removal, peel from the back of your teeth.
Additional Usage Information: It's best not to brush your teeth immediately before using the strip.

Store in a cool place. Best used by the date indicated on the package.
Sensitive Teeth and Gum Pain: You may experience tooth sensitivity or gum pain when using this whitening product. These symptoms are usually mild and are not harmful. If your teeth become very sensitive or your gums become sore, discontinue use for 2-3 days before resuming use. If the problem persists, discontinue use.
Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by children under 12 years of age. Do not swallow the plastic strips.

Avoid contact with eyes. If the gel gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use the strips with wet hands.
Contact with skin may cause temporary skin irritation or whitening. Wash hands with soap and water after use.
Avoid contact with clothing, leather, or fabric.
Do not eat, smoke, sleep, or drink anything other than water while using.
