How to Use : Packaging Instructions: Patellar Tendinitis: 1. Place the strap over the patellar tendon below the kneecap with the foam facing inward. 2. Pull the Velcro® end over and wrap to tighten and secure in place. The tension should be moderate but not too tight. Iliotibial Band Syndrome: 1. Place the strap 2-3 inches above the knee from the iliac band with the foam facing inward. 2. Pull the Velcro® end over and wrap to tighten and secure in place. The tension should be moderate but not too tight. Wash/Care Instructions: Hand wash with a fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent if soiled. Carefully squeeze out any remaining water. Lay flat on a rack or hang with the foam side facing up to air dry.

Caution: Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage the product. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Apply only to clean, dry skin. Do not apply directly to open wounds.
