Directions for Use As a supplement:

Daily Health Care: Children 6-12 years old: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily with 8 oz of water. Adults and adolescents 12 years old and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily with 8 oz of water.

Intensive Care: Children 6-12 years old: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) every 12 hours. Adults and adolescents 12 years old and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 12 hours.

Shake well before use. This product contains honey. It does not require refrigeration.
