Dissolve one pack or one tea bag in 8 fl oz (240 ml) of distilled, microfiltered (0.2 micron filtered), reverse osmosis-filtered, commercially available bottled water, or pre-boiled water cooled to lukewarm or body temperature.

Caution: Medical studies have recommended following the cleaning protocol included with the Sinus Rinse™ container and NasaFlo® neti pot after each use and replacing the device every three months.

Do not use tap water unless it has been sterilized by adding water.

For safety, do not use tap water to dissolve the mixture. Boiling water sterilizes the device, so tap water can be used if it has been boiled for at least 5 minutes and then cooled to lukewarm or body temperature. Distilled water, microfiltered water (filtered with a 0.2 micron filter), reverse osmosis-filtered water, or commercially available bottled water can also be used. Each device should be used by one person. Do not share a device with multiple people. Clean the device following the cleaning instructions after each use. The enclosed booklet contains cleaning instructions. Replace the device within 3 months of first use. Gently rinse the nose. Be sure to carefully read the warnings in the enclosed instructions before using this product. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs. Store in a cool, dry place.
