Product Description
Creatine + Hydration is Musclesport's unique combination of creatine monohydrate, taurine, Himalayan pink salt, coconut water, the trademarked Electro Rev™ Electrolyte complex, and Astragin™. Astragin™ elevates creatine utilization, cellular hydration, volume gains, and athletic performance.
Astragin™ has been shown to increase creatine absorption by up to 33%.
Suggested Use
As a supplement, mix one serving (5g) with 12-16oz of cold water. Take one serving during your workout and one immediately afterward.
Other Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate, citric acid, natural/artificial flavors, sucralose, calcium silicate, dextrose, stevia leaf extract (Rebaudioside A 80% or greater).
Contains tree nuts (coconut).
This product contains soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat.
