Get a large bowl of water. Place about a handful of TrueSeaMoss Irish Sea Moss from the bag into the bowl and let the water soak in. Be careful not to overfill the bowl, as the sea moss will expand and grow 3-4 times. Repeat this process a few times, rinsing the moss thoroughly each time to remove sand and other debris. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the moss expand for 24-48 hours. Prepare the lemon or lime wedges. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and squeeze the lemon juice into the water. Rinse the moss thoroughly once more. Place the sea moss in a blender or food processor and fill with enough water to completely submerge the sea moss. Blend until thick and smooth. Place in an airtight jar and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Your sea moss is ready to use!

You can use it in a variety of ways, such as adding it to your favorite smoothie, using it as a thickening agent in desserts, or sprinkling it on top of salads.
