Suggested Uses
Take each dose with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid.
May be taken once daily or in divided doses.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in any 24-hour period.
Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 to 4 chews
Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 chews
Children 4 to 6 years: 1 chew (single or divided doses)

Precautions
Consult a doctor before use if you have:
Kidney disease
Diet restricted in magnesium
Abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting
A sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks

Stop use and consult a doctor if you have:
Rectal bleeding or difficulty having a bowel movement after taking this product. These symptoms may be signs of a serious medical condition.
You should take anti-diarrheal medication for at least 1 week. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical attention or contact a local emergency center immediately.
