1. Please use with Simplus standard cleaning effervescent tablets.
Contraindications:
1. Do not add high-foam detergent products to the clean water tank such as laundry powder, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, etc.
2. Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
3. Do not add water above 60°C in the clean water tank.
4. Do not tilt the machine sideways when there is liquid in water tanks.
5. Do not use this machine to vacuum large particles of dirt as it is not a vacuum cleaner.
⭐ Simplus After-Sales Policy
- Customers have the option to return/refund the product if they are dissatisfied with it or if it has quality issues after 15 days of receiving it, along with images and reasoning.
- Please keep in mind that the goods is not returnable, save for product quality issues such as damage or scratches that do not effect resale value.
- If you encounter a warehouse error or send incomplete product parts, please notify the customer care via live chat, and we will resolve the issue for the customer as quickly as possible.
- If the buyer keeps the device for more than 15 days, Simplus provides a one-year warranty (exchange only, no repair). The customer must be a simplus member and can reach out to customer care via live chat for more details on the Simplus one-year guarantee and scope of use.

- When unboxing the package, customers should photograph the goods to expedite after-sales handling if there is an issue with it.
- The one-year guarantee may only be used once per order.
- If an order is returned for reasons other than product quality, the client is liable for the return shipping expenses.
