High quality colostrum: use the colostrum measuring instrument to detect the content of antibodies, immunoglobulin more than 50mg/ml can be frozen preserved. 2. Colostrum preservation: the temperature of colostrum should be 0-4 celsius and the storage time should not exceed 24 hours.The storage temperature of frozen colostrum should be below 0 celsius , and the storage time should not exceed 6 months. 3. Defrosting of colostrum: the frozen colostrum should be defrosted by water bath at 50-60 celsius , and fed in time after defrosting. The defrosted colostrum should not be frozen again. 4. Colostrum feeding: the feeding temperature was controlled at 38-40 celsius . 5. Feeding criteria: calves are fed 4 litres of colostrum or 10percent of their body weight within 1 hour of birth and are fed again every 6 hours. 6.
