[Soft GND8 filter] The upper 3-stop dimming ND filter and the lower transparent glass make up a single filter. The ND part transitions gradually from the transparent part, eliminating the risk of the boundary between light and dark remaining clearly in the photo. [Ideal for shooting the horizon] It is useful when there is a large difference in brightness at the boundary, when you can see the horizon far into the distance, or when you are indoors and part of the sky is blocked. Also, when used on a cloudy sky, it adjusts the difference in brightness to create a dramatic and atmospheric depiction.
