method of use:
Use 30 minutes before and often during exposure to the sun.
Make sure the whole exposed skin is evenly and abundantly covered.
Always apply again after swimming or if you feel that the product has been designed because of your clothes or a towel.
Look for shade from 11:00 to 15:00.
