Using the SLEEPEX Ring is incredibly easy: You place the ring on the little finger of your right hand (for women on the left), so that it sits between the joint and ankle. Then gently but firmly press the sides together to achieve a comfortable yet compressive fit. The acupressure activators should be located at the outer and inner points of the ring, which corresponds to the 3 and 9 o'clock positions of the finger.
