It was too small

I ordered a 40 for my 38-39 size. They fit snugly. I have high insteps, and since they are rubber, they stretch. The plate with the decoration is sewn on with fishing line, on one of them it's not very neat. I think they will be comfortable to wear, but the rubber is very smelly, I hope it airs out. I couldn't attach photos.
