The HMC24 is a general-purpose, low-cost, non-reflective SP4T switch in a 16-pin QSOP package with a switching frequency range of DC-3.5GHZ and low insertion loss of 0.7DB with a high isolation box at 2GHZ. The switch provides single positive bias box true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The integrated 2:4 decoder requires only 2 control lines and a positive bias to select each path, thus replacing the 8 control lines typically required for GaAs SP4T switches.
