How to Use:
1. Install the application
APP Download Method
(1) for IOS
users: Scan the QR code on the instruction manual or the packaging box;
(2) for Android users: Scan the QR code on the instruction manual or the packaging box;
2. Power onoff
Power on: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the indicator light comes on.
Power off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the indicator light goes off.
3. Paper loading operation
Pull out the tattoo printing paper and tear off the yellow paper, open the printer"s flip cover, put it in a neat, white faced down, and smoother the coated face. Then, close the flip cover.
4. Paper jam, exception handling, and cleaning
As shown in the figure: Press down the cover opening button, open the flip cover component, rotate a certain angle, and clean the printhead with a soft cloth dampened with water.

When connecting, please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and the device is close to the mobile phone.
9. Paper Type
It is recommended to use dedicated printing paper. Non dedicated printing paper may not be eco friendly, cause paper jams or inaccurate paper feed readings, and also easily skewed printing.

Q: Why can"t the APP find a device to connect when adding a device?
A: Please check whether the device is turned on and the Bluetooth is working properly.
Q: The device can"t print, what should I do?
A: Confirm whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and exclude others from connecting to this device;
Check whether the tattoo printer jammed paper;
Whether the printhead is overheated if it is overheated, please wait for the printhead to cool down before trying to print again.
Q: Why are all the printed pages blank, with no content?
A: This may be caused by incorrect installation of the printing paper. Please refer to the introduction of changing the printing paper for reinstallation.
Q: Why are the printed words fading?
A: Please check whether the device is low on battery.
Check whether there are dirt on the printhead, please gently wipe with a cloth dipped in cleaning water.
11. Safety and prevention measures
Do not charge or use the printer in high temperature, damp or dusty places.
