ingredients : a manual device used to traction the spine through air injection to help treat herniated discs, degenerative stenosis, etc. 1) positioned to cover the affected area appropriately. 2) using both hands, hold the velcro portions at both ends and gently pull to attach and secure. 3) avoid applying too much pressure. 4) align and connect the air inlet part of the pump to the exhaust connection terminal groove of the traction belt. 5) connect the hose and operate the manual air injection pump to inject air at the appropriate pressure. 6) when injecting with the air injection pump, inject approximately 25 to 30 round trips. (the appropriate pressure is applied.) 7) excessive air pressure may damage the inside of the belt. be careful not to inject air more than 40 times in round trips. 8) remove the connecting hose from the air inlet. (the wearing has been completed.) 9) after use, turn the exhaust connection terminal to the right to remove air pressure. 10) if any abnormality occurs on the skin or affected area, stop wearing it immediately and follow a specialist’s prescription.
