Conditions of use and precautions
1. The operating environment should be free of severe vibration and impact, and there should be no impurities and atmosphere that corrode metals and damage insulation in the environment.
2. The working junction temperature of the product die: The diode is -40°C~150°C; The ambient temperature must not be higher than 40°C; The ambient humidity is less than 86%.
3. A radiator must be installed before the product is used. See the next section for radiator selection. The heat dissipation can be natural cooling, forced air cooling or water cooling: When the actual load current is greater than 40A, the forced air cooling design is generally required. When forced air cooling, the wind speed should be greater than 6 m/s
4. After installing a radiator, how to check whether the radiator is properly configured.
1). A thermometer can be used to measure the temperature of the radiator (near the product and radiator installation joint) to analyze whether it can operate reliably.
2). Grasp the time point of measuring the temperature of the radiator. Wait for the equipment to run for 30-60 minutes and reach thermal equilibrium.
3). What if the measured temperature data is analyzed? In general, we require thatthe highest effective temperature rise of the heat sink installed with the anti-reverse diode is less than 50°C, that is, when the ambient temperature of the radiator is 25°C, the temperature of the radiator should be less than 75°C.
5. It is necessary to ensure the control circulation in the control cabinet or equipment.When the product is installed in the control cabinet, 2-3 axial fans must be installed on the top
of the control cabinet (the hot air rises upward, which is beneficial for heat dissipation), and at the same time, it is better to open more shutters around the bottom of the control cabinet to keep other equipment in a good ventilated environment.
