Host Controller Use Instructions:
4. Press the power switch located on the back of the host controller to start the generator. (Caution: The outside of the mat will get hot. Do not put anything on it.)
5. Let the sauna talk to heat up for 10 minutes
6. Use the up and down arrows to adjust the time and temperature as needed. To switch from adjusting time to temperature, select the button with the tool icon
7. Output 1 controls the temperature of the front body (the pad on your body). Output 2 controls the temperature of the back, the back cushion you are lying on.
8. To start or pause the heated sauna blanket, select the S/P button. When the two red lights come on, the pad heats up and turns on.
