Armband Set:
1. Insert one end of the armband through the metal ring to make the armband into a cylinder. If the armband is already cylindrical, you can skip this step.
2. Place the arm strap on your upper left arm, with the hose facing toward your palm.
3. Wrap the armband around the left arm and make sure that the bottom of the armband is 2-3cm away from the elbow joint. The rubber tube should be in a straight line with the middle finger.
4. Tighten the armband and stick it in place.
5. Leave a two finger gap between the arm and the armband, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
6. Make sure the armband is comfortably placed on the arm, not too tight, and place the arm on the table, palm facing so that the armband is at heart level. Make sure the armband on your arm is smooth and wrinkle free.
7. Before the formal measurement, please sit quietly for 5 minutes.
Suggestion: If it is not possible to put the armband on the left arm, put the armband on the right arm. It is recommended to use the same arm measurement in the future.
