2. Add About Two‑thirds of the Alcohol in the Alcohol Lamp (cannot Be Topped Up, It Will Overflow when It is Topped Up)
3. Then Ignite the Alcohol Lamp to Preheat the Heating Cylinder, About 2 Minutes, After the Preheating Time is Almost the Front End of the Trolley Shall Prevail; Turn the Flywheel Clockwise to Give the Engine an Initial Power, Otherwise the Engine Will Not Run (turn the Flame Larger and when You Turn the Flywheel a Little Harder, the Engine is Easy to Start)
How to Use:
Precautions and troubleshooting methods for the Stirling engine trolley model:
1, It is best to use in a windless environment (windy flame will be biased, combustion will not be able to add cylinders, resulting in engine not rotating)
2. Wind will be generated during the movement of the car, which will cause the flame to swaying, and the hot cylinder will not be heated. Sometimes the car will not move. This is a normal situation and is not an engine failure. (You can adjust the wick to the front appropriately)
3. Note that the glass pipe in the heating cylinder cannot touch the inner wall of the heating test tube, causing excessive friction and the engine will not rotate
4. Check whether each node is stuck. If stuck, the engine speed will be low or even cause the engine to fail to run
5.The wick of the alcohol lamp cannot touch the heating test tube, which will cause the heating test tube to rupture.
6. Do not add any liquid (water, oil, etc.) to the heating cylinder and power cylinder, otherwise the engine will not run due to excessive friction.
7. If the engine is running normally and the car cannot move, please check whether the wheel is stuck or there is debris on the wheel.
8. Note that the car should be handled with care, otherwise it will easily cause damage to fragile parts
