Common faults and solutions:1. Check whether the power supply is normally energized, the indicator will light up to show the temperature when the power is on, and it will not light up if it is not energized.2. Under normal power on conditions, the water flow is turned on, press the middle switch key, the machine starts heating, and the water heater displays: set temperature, water flow, outlet temperature.3. If the temperature does not rise, there are 2 possibilities: one is that the temperature control switch inside the water heater has tripped (overheating protection switch), press the temperature control switch to recover. The other is the heating tube failure, just replace the heat tube .4. If there is no heating, the display shows the temperature, but the water flow and the set temperature are not displayed, indicating that the water flow has not passed through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong. Note that the water inlet and outlet must be installed correctly. If the pressure is enough, the water does not heat up, then check the water heater inlet turbine, there may be dirt stuck in the turbine, causing the water heater to not start.5. It is recommended that the length of the water outlet pipe of the water heater should not exceed 3 meters. If it exceeds, there may be a water pressure difference due to the length of the water pipe, and the water pressure is not enough to start.
