Received item ok, worked ok initially on batteries but when I tried using a correct polarity 4,5v dc input the battery function stopped and the dc input function has a background hum. It seems that the battery function for the emitter no longer works after using dc input and dc input function is unsatisfactory due to back ground hum. I have tried to contact Joom but cannot locate the Joom support button as per instructions so request Joom help me by contacting me on receipt of this review, which seems to be the only way to contact them!
