So far so good but this particular item which is a smart device don't work without squeezing and pushing it are using are some Sellotape . That's included to expect that's new and supposed to be working if you follow the simple instructions often figure out is a better connection somewhere or something like that I mean battery not properly connecting to the device without pushing or squeezing or using some Sellotape sorry people I don't really need anything like that if you send me address or anything like that I can send it to you back just to find me please rest of the products so far I'm quite happy sorry for my spelling but I hope you understand what I mean hope you understand what I mean. It will be honestly I was thinking this smartwatch gonna be better than the first one because cost a bit more supposed to be compatible do that on my iPhone but none of that happened and I'm not even manage to start it off properly with a proper charging battery before use this required two hours unfortunately somewhere connection between battery and the device are not fully correct !!!!!!!! That means you need to squeeze it very hard and hold it device in your hands fo Watch to work ???? I think is unacceptable specially for the new product but like a mention before so far so good rest of the products I'm quite happy with specially Claire !!!!! So could you respond please or send me address I can send it to you back or whatever how all that must be done correctly . Don't like to moan or complain without serious reason I'm bad to this one no no ... please contact me when you ready give me advise or simply Eddie found me from his particular item and with regards Denis Surikov
Easy to download app & pair to phone. I forgot to amend settings so it showed I did 11 miles on a 5 mile run! Nice device, looks good. EDIT - I've used it for 3 days, the mileage is not correct. I've adjusted the step length but mileage is wrong. All other functions work perfect. Contacted Joom re mileage error & was given 50% refund.
