[staub]
Staub was founded in Alsace, France's leading gastronomic city. Our kitchenware, which is manufactured using traditional craftsmanship and the latest technology, has many fans, from famous restaurant owners to ordinary households.
Among these, Staub's most representative product is a cast iron pot that can be used for waterless cooking. Currently, it is exported to about 50 countries around the world, including Europe, Japan, and the United States, and is widely used.
[Pico Cocotte Round]
A majolica-colored pico cocotte round that can be used for a wide range of cooking including stewing, baking, stir-frying, frying, steaming, and anhydrous cooking.
22cm is an easy-to-use size that is perfect for making everyday main dishes. The round shape allows heat to be transmitted evenly, making stews and rice very delicious.
Compatible with all heat sources including open flame, IH (100V/200V), and oven. The inside is treated with enamel so it won't stick, and has good heat conduction and heat retention. You can serve it as is on the table and it will instantly look gorgeous and stylish.
It's the perfect shape and size for those who own a Staub for the first time, and is also recommended as a gift for wedding celebrations.
For majolica colors, a white base is applied to the outside of the pot, and then each color is applied. It features a unique gloss and deep color that is created by applying one more step than regular color.

<Before first use>
First, wash it with hot water. After that, dry it over low heat and apply a little vegetable oil to the inside of the pan. Heat again on low heat for a few minutes, then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or kitchen paper. The oil soaks into the pores of the enamel, making the surface naturally smooth.
*Staub products are handmade, so there may be uneven coloring, air bubbles, or small protrusions.
There are also marks on the back of the lid that look like the paint has peeled off, but this is caused during the manufacturing process and is not a defect, so please use with confidence.
