When transferring files from the old tablet, not nearly the most important ones are copied. It's awful when you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, only for customer service to delay your request until the 14 days are up. I was also asked to send a video of the transfer and the video recording of the factory reset. How can you possibly do that when the copying process requires more storage space than you're allowed to send to Joom?. This is a rip-off. I'll never buy anything from them again. Not to mention that I would have had to pay the postage to France.. Be safe when you buy something there. Return shipping will be expensive.
The practice of this tablet is total. Only happiness in receiving this computer jewel. Joom always offers products of the future at an affordable price. I receive it at the moment and I still have many things to discover. Everything written in the Joom catalog is very real. I recommend this investment, it is entirely for the desired need. Thank you to Joom for this commercial research work, it is an exception to receive and monitor the receipt of a package daily. Joom is durable and so is the product.
super Tablet, good quality. good sound and picture playback when watching videos. unfortunately it doesn't work to use the keyboard. even though Bluetooth is activated and it shows, you can only write on the display.
