How to use the product: How to use for hair: Apply a sufficient amount from the roots to the ends of the hair, cover with a plastic cap for 15 to 30 minutes and rinse. Can be used once every two weeks. For full body use: Apply to body and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with water.**This product can be used on the arms, legs, upper chest, back and gluteus maximus.
